Fortunately there is a workaround to solve this problem thanks to independent Symbian developers. And the old drivers bundled with Nokia Suite are incompatible with Windows 10 so this issue cropped up. Thanks to Microsoft Nokia Suite has not been updated since ages (last working version is 3.8.54). Nokia Suite installs phone drivers along with other components. There are no inbuilt Nokia drivers in Windows 10. This problem is due to the incompatible Nokia device drivers. Nokia Suite, Phoenix Service Software and other such softwares are not able to recognize the Nokia devices in Windows 10.
